The Locality of the Vault

Organize the ciphers C1, C3, C2 as required by the "Code" - beginning(1), ending(3), middle(2), so that the first number in C1 and the first number in C3, and the first number in C2, etc. are synchronized horizontally (the ciphers are numbered for a reason).
Previous updates have revealed: that the Golden Mean is associated with the center (residence 480) of the ciphers,
and that the "Code" is identified with the first palindrome that occurs in C1
Since the middle (C2) is the end, what is the last number in the middle (on the end) of cipher (C2)?
288 - and the only occurance, and the "Code" translates it as "to attract" - Does 288 refer to a "Ledger Residence"?

The general area of "The Locality of the Vault" is now clearly revealed ...
The next update will reveal the author's first intentional DOI numbering error and its Cryptogame significance ...  Roy Dallas
